Welcome to Med Tour Globe ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.medtourglobe.com) and the healthcare navigation, hospital appointment scheduling, medical tourism coordination, and logistics facilitation services provided to international and domestic patients.
1. Nature & Scope of Facilitation Services
Med Tour Globe acts as a specialized medical facilitator and healthcare coordinator. Our services encompass:
- Connecting patients with certified hospitals, accredited healthcare institutions, and specialist doctors in India and other medical travel hubs.
- Gathering preliminary diagnostic opinions and indicative cost estimates based on medical records shared by the patient.
- Assisting with hospital admission scheduling, medical visa invitation letters, airport transfers, hotel/guest house accommodations, language translators, and post-discharge follow-ups.
2. Medical & Clinical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Med Tour Globe is NOT a hospital, clinic, or licensed healthcare practitioner. We do NOT provide direct medical diagnoses, clinical opinions, prescriptions, surgical treatments, or medical guarantees.
All clinical assessments, treatment protocols, surgeries, medical opinions, and postoperative care are administered exclusively by the independent treating hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare practitioners chosen by the patient. Patients are encouraged to consult their primary care physician before undertaking medical travel.
3. Treatment Estimates, Pricing & Payments
Transparency and integrity guide our pricing information:
- Indicative Estimates: All quotes, package costs, or price estimates shared prior to travel are indicative and based solely on the preliminary reports provided.
- Final Clinical Evaluation: The final hospital invoice and total treatment cost are determined solely by the treating hospital after comprehensive in-person clinical examinations, laboratory tests, and specialist assessment upon your arrival.
- Direct Hospital Billing: Hospital treatment fees, surgical costs, and inpatient medications are paid directly to the treating hospital according to their official billing procedures.
4. Medical Visa, Travel & Stay Arrangements
Med Tour Globe facilitates medical travel support as part of our patient coordination service:
- We assist in procuring official Medical Visa (MED / MED-X) invitation letters from partner hospitals to support your visa application with the embassy.
- The ultimate authority to grant or deny visas and entry rests exclusively with the relevant government immigration authorities. Med Tour Globe is not responsible for visa delays or rejections.
- Patients and their accompanying attendants are responsible for maintaining valid passports, travel insurance, and compliance with local laws.
5. Patient Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and safe healthcare coordination, patients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical reports, allergies, and surgical histories.
- Carefully review hospital consent forms, procedure risks, and financial terms before consenting to treatment.
- Follow preoperative and postoperative medical guidance given by the treating medical staff.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
If a patient needs to postpone or cancel an appointment, treatment, or travel plan:
- Please notify Med Tour Globe as early as possible so that we can coordinate with hospital departments and logistics partners.
- Refunds on hospital advance deposits, hotel stays, or third-party transportation bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the respective providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Med Tour Globe, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any medical malpractice, clinical complications, surgical outcomes, hospital administrative delays, or third-party service disruptions. The contractual relationship for medical treatment is strictly between the patient and the healthcare provider.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
